Classroom Staffing

Each PNS class is staffed with one full time teacher. A parent helper also works in the classroom each day. PNS believes a permanent assistant creates greater continuity and stability in the classroom than two working parents. Therefore a permanent assistant, rather than a second parent, is added as required to maintain our 6:1 maximum ratio. Our staff also includes an educational consultant who reviews our programs and addresses any educational issues.
